These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vdalph.com and all services offered by VDalph Technology. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using vdalph.com, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website immediately.
Products & services
VDalph Technology provides the following products and services:
- Brand new laptops from leading manufacturers.
- Certified refurbished laptops tested to our 80-point quality standard.
- IT services including laptop repair, chip-level diagnostics, and data recovery.
- IT equipment rental for events, project sprints, and temporary deployments.
- ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) and certified e-waste management.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of GST.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
- Order confirmation is issued by email; the contract is formed upon confirmation.
- Bulk pricing is available for orders of 5+ units and is determined by negotiation with your account manager.
Payment terms
- Online orders require full payment at checkout via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
- Approved corporate accounts may receive net-30 payment terms subject to credit assessment.
- Bank transfers are accepted for bulk orders above ₹1,00,000.
Delivery
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched same day.
- Delivery timelines vary by region: metro cities 1–2 days, rest of India 2–6 days, UAE 5–10 days.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.
Returns & refunds
- Brand new laptops: 7-day return window; must be in sealed, unopened condition.
- Certified refurbished laptops: 30-day return window; must be in original condition with all accessories.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Warranties
- Brand new laptops are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
- Certified refurbished laptops carry a 12-month VDalph warranty covering hardware manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorised modifications.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VDalph Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to that claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
