Dispatch

- Domestic: BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx India — selected based on destination and speed.
- International (UAE): DHL Express for all shipments to Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Tracking
- A tracking link is emailed to you within 2 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your order on our logistics partner's website using the AWB number provided.
- SMS updates are sent at key milestones: dispatched, out for delivery, delivered.

- All orders above ₹50,000 — free shipping anywhere in India.
- All bulk orders (10+ units) — free shipping regardless of order value.

Shipping charges
- Orders below ₹50,000 to metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): ₹250 flat.
- Orders below ₹50,000 to rest of India: ₹450 flat.
- UAE shipments: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Damage in transit
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and device.
- Email returns@vdalph.com with your order ID and photos.
- A replacement will be dispatched within 3 business days of verification at no additional cost.
